What are Sago's DNS Servers?

The REAL Short Answer

You probably need to read this article: Dns, because it is very likely you are asking the wrong question.

If you have a new server and you want to start putting domains on it, you need to do your own dns, not use Sagonet's name servers. Here is how to do it:

  1. Choose a main domain that all the other domains will use for dns, say example.com
  2. Create ns1.example.com and ns2.example.com on the server and point them to your IPS and make them the NS records for example.com
  3. Log into your registrar and setup "Glue" records (sometimes called "Host" records) to assign ns1.example.com and ns2.example.com to your two ips.
  4. Set ns1.example.com and ns2.example.com as the DNS servers for example.com in your registrar
  5. Wait 24 hours
  6. Now all future domains can use ns1.example.com and ns2.example.com as the DNS servers!

The Fake Short Answer
