What are Sago's DNS Servers?
The REAL Short Answer
You probably need to read this article: Dns, because it is very likely you are asking the wrong question.
If you have a new server and you want to start putting domains on it, you need to do your own dns, not use Sagonet's name servers. Here is how to do it:
- Choose a main domain that all the other domains will use for dns, say example.com
- Create ns1.example.com and ns2.example.com on the server and point them to your IPS and make them the NS records for example.com
- Log into your registrar and setup "Glue" records (sometimes called "Host" records) to assign ns1.example.com and ns2.example.com to your two ips.
- Set ns1.example.com and ns2.example.com as the DNS servers for example.com in your registrar
- Wait 24 hours
- Now all future domains can use ns1.example.com and ns2.example.com as the DNS servers!
